“I had an incredible 4 days at Ramathra Fort thanks to Kunal at Travelwith. Each day was meticulously planned with time set aside to enjoy the beautiful solitude of the countryside. Right from the onset Kunal took care to answer my questions and checked in with me upon arriving. I am looking forward to doing the Chambal River trip with him in just a few weeks!”

“We traveled to Ramathra Fort this past weekend — we were nervous about COVID but it couldn't have been more perfect! The Fort is gorgeous, with lots of large outside spaces, and it's very small, so we were a group of three families with no one else there. The staff was responsive and professional, very COVID safe and wonderfully attentive. Kunal was wonderful — very helpful, and a perfect guide. They ensured the kids had fun (took them on a kids-only safari!) and catered to all our requests. We took hikes, went fishing, sat in the jacuzzi, and generally forgot about Delhi for a few days! Oh and the food was DELICIOUS and fresh! It was perfect and we look forward to more trips with Kunal. Thanks again!”

October to March is best for wildlife and pleasant weather. The monsoon transforms the plateau with waterfalls and green — spectacular for landscape, though wildlife is harder to see.
This is a slow-travel destination; give it time rather than rushing between sightings.
Always private — your own jeep, driver and naturalist. Kaila Devi is uncrowded by design, so you rarely share the trails with anyone.
Leopards, Indian wolves, striped hyena, chinkara, foxes and a chance at the elusive caracal and smaller cats, plus raptors and good birdlife.
Your Kaila Devi,planned properly.
No commitment — just a conversation about dates, group, and the kind of trip you want.
