Planning and running a trip means working with trusted partners — naturalists, drivers, lodges, transport operators. They receive only the information they need to do their part of the journey. They are bound by their own confidentiality obligations and cannot use your details for anything outside your trip.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect what you share with us, and we limit who inside our team has access. No method of transmitting information across the internet is ever entirely secure, but we work to keep your details inside trusted systems.

Some links on this site lead to other pages — partner properties, photography portfolios, conservation projects. Once you leave us, we have no control over how those services handle your information. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before sharing anything with them.

Our service is intended for adults planning travel. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we discover that we have, we delete it.
