Cancellation and refund terms follow the policies of the lodges, transport providers, and other partners that make up your trip. These vary by partner and by season; the applicable policy is shared with you in writing before you confirm a booking.

We sell journeys and experiences — there are no physical goods to ship. Payment is made by bank transfer or other arrangements set out at the time of booking.

You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete information for any enquiry or booking. We may refuse or limit any order, and may update or cancel where information appears inaccurate or incomplete.

Any third-party tools accessed through the site are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Your use of them is at your discretion and your risk.

Some links lead to third-party sites — partner lodges, photography work, conservation organisations. We do not control or endorse the content of those sites and are not responsible for transactions or material on them.

If you share feedback, ideas, photographs, or other material with us — by email, social, or any form on this site — we may use it without obligation of confidence or compensation. You confirm what you send doesn't violate anyone else's rights and is not unlawful.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written agreements for specific trips, are the complete agreement between you and us, and replace any prior communications on the same subjects.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under them falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
