Manas National Park is in the eastern Himalayan foothills and shares a border with the Royal Manas National Park in Bhutan. The habitat is a mix of grasslands, wetlands, tropical evergreen forest and sub-Himalayan forest, fostering a rich diversity of flora and fauna. Rare species such as the pygmy hog, golden langur and Bengal florican, along with megafauna such as tigers, elephants, leopards and rhinos, can be spotted in Manas National Park.
Most travellers fly into Guwahati and drive in — around four hours. We arrange a pre-booked taxi and all transfers so the journey is comfortable and reliable.
