We've now completed three safaris through Kunal: Ranthambore, Jim Corbett, and Kaziranga. We are repeat customers for a reason! Kunal truly takes care of you. He is thoroughly transparent and very quick with communication. He also places you with excellent guides and lodges at every step of the journey.

Great experience and really well organised! Kunal organised absolutely everything for our safari in Jim Corbett National Park and it went very smoothly. We had a really great time in Jim's Jungle Retreat and would definitely go back, organising through Travel With again.

Travel With organized a fantastic trip for our family of four to Panna National Park and Khajuraho; everything was very smooth! The drivers were on time and courteous, and the Khajuraho guide was definitely a subject matter expert. He kept the whole family engaged from start to finish, and every detail was handled exactly as promised.

Things to know as you plan

Frequently asked questions.

  • Rajaji is open from mid-November to mid-June. While the dry and hot summer months are very rewarding for leopard sightings, the winter months are ideal for all kinds of fauna, including migratory birds.

The quieter ranges reward those after leopards and hornbills.

  • Leopards — especially in the Mohand range — big elephant herds, tigers (elusive here), and excellent birdlife including the great Indian hornbill. Sightings depend on the range, season and day.

  • The Mohand range, where of late leopard sightings have become very frequent, is a 30-minute drive from Dehradun, an hour from Haridwar and further from Rishikesh. To visit Mohand you must stay in or around Dehradun, or in the Mohand area itself. Other ranges of Rajaji where wildlife sightings are good include Chilla, Jhilmil and Ranipur. All these ranges are far from each other and require time to get to. With the new expressway, getting to Rajaji from Delhi has become much faster than before.
