The cooler winter dates are the most popular and fill early.

Jawai has one of the highest densities of leopards in the world, and they are remarkably tolerant of people here, so sightings across a few safaris are very good. Alongside the leopards you may see sloth bear, striped hyena, crocodile at the dam and a great variety of birds.
